Four CSE students have been awarded scholarships from Q2, a cloud-based digital banking solutions company.
Q2 is headquartered in Austin, Texas, and has a Lincoln office in the Haymarket. Q2 has participated in several CSE career events over the years, including Reverse Pitch and State of the Practice. The company will also be hosting an open house event this week for those interested in applying for IT or development positions.
The scholarship winners for the 2019-20 school year are:
- Isaac Werner, sophomore, software engineering, Papillion, NE
- Martin Nguyen, sophomore, computer science, Lincoln, NE
- Jacob Sloup, sophomore, computer science, Lincoln, NE
- Emma Hubka, sophomore, software engineering, Topeka, KS
The four students were also treated to a tour of the Lincoln office with senior director Steve Bartels and several members of the software development team.
